Sorry you have this awful worry. I think also for your peace of mind and safety you should ring 111 and explain. Let us know what is happening.
If I had or phone 111 they’d send an ambulance, and having been through many of these episodes now. It’s best to stay at home if I can. I know when it gets to a point I need an ambo xx
Hi buddy2blueMy heart does this on a regular basis, I can be just sitting watching TV or just relaxing, and it can drop to 42 bpm up to 188 bpm drives me crazy, only just started receiving support from the Cardiac Nurses since having a Cardiac Arrest last October so hopefully somebody will listen to me and explain what I should or should not be doing
