January 2020, bisoproporol 10mg, ramipril5mg, and Atorvastatin 80mg. Walk 2hours sweat pouring for 2 hours after and difficulty getting full breaths. Asa retired bagpiper I used to march for mileswhilst playing and breathing circular breaths. Maybe I am expecting too much but I thought I would feel at least as good as I was before, cycling, walking, piping etc now all a chore.

I have been on 2.5mg beta blockers twice. They drastically reduce my ability to exercise. Your dose is 4 times my dose.......

Thanks I have been building up since 2020, no rehab because of covid, and I have tried 4 times to " beat the receptionist" to see my gp but referred to practice nurse for BP and bloods, which receptionist said were fine ! No follow up with cardiology consultant presume due to covid.

Somethings not right. You should be talking to your GP to get a med review.

Yes definitely investigate Bisoprolol- that’s a very high dose. Recently came off 1.25mg after 6 years as per cardiologist advice and feel like a different person. Good luck.
