Hello,
I noticed you have already asked a very similar question.
healthunlocked.com/bhf/post...
Perhaps give the BHF helpline a call and speak to one of the cardiac nurses.
bhf.org.uk/informationsuppo...
Ok I will maybe be I will get answers from them that I can not get from my own gp thanks
I certainly found this to be so. Your GP is not a specialist in this whereas the specialist cardiac nurses are so will be able to help you.
Thankyou how do I contact a cardiac nurse
Call 0300 330 3311 You will be able to speak to the BHF nurses. Not sure of the times they are open but usually 8 - 5 on weekdays for most helplines and usually have one day a week where they are open later. If you have been referred to a cardiologist you will also probably deal with your local cardio nurses at some stage so it may be worth your while calling your GP and asking for their number there may be one attached to your practice or more at your local hospital.
