Any Ideas?

Hi, I wonder if anyone has any ideas about a reaction I get. After being told I have a serious heart condition I am on a load of pills. In the morning at breakfast I take Entresto (sacubitril/valsartan) with asprin and omeprazole. I then sit down to read. About half an hour later I get a reaction with blurred vision and a bit of an headache. Some days are worse than others. So today I decided to have the asprin and omeprazole before breakfast. After half an hour I had no reaction. Then I took the the Entresto and sat down. Within three minutes I got the usual reaction. I also take Entresto in the evening with no problem. So what is causing the reaction which lasts between thiry minutes to an hour? Any ideas?

Hello Quick question what is the dose of Entresto and how long have you been on it ? I take it your Heart problem is Heart Failure is that correct ??

Hi thanks for your reply, I am on 49/51 mgs Entresto twice a day but only have a reaction in the morning. Yes I have heart failure which the consultant said was serious and I have been on the higher dose for about 7 weeks. Hope this helps
