Hello :-)

This could be anything and nothing to worry about but if there is a change in your condition that is not going then I would phone 111 for advice as it is always best to get these things checked out :-) x

Glad to hear you are in A&E. The main could be anything from wind to an aneurysm so you are in the best place. Hopefully it is just wind or something else not particularly serious.

Hope they have found the issue now and you are in bed by now be it home or hospital.

I had similar issue but after checks, nothing. I had severe pains in back, stomach and ribs. I was put on morphine. Please let me know how you get on. Hope you recover soon.

Could it be hiatus hernia which are the same symptoms as anjina.

I had my stress test about 2 weeks ago, since my stents I have had stomach related heart pain on and off and of late these have becaome more frequent. I had a gastric endoscopy 6 months ago, which shows a smal Haitis Hernia, but they lost the biopsy report, only to find it a few weeks ago which showed gastritis but no H.Pylori. I have never had stomach pain itself, but during the test I got it bigtime, but for just a couple of minutes and now it has gone away.

I have an appointment to see the cardio on 9th March, but feel I need to see a gastologist at the same time as they say I have "some damage" to my esophagus?

Within this Heart/stomach link there is definately a stress factor too, which has an effect of both organs.
