Discharged After being diagnosed of HF

How are you all? I hope all is well, I posted a while back when i recently learned that i was diagnosed with HF. I've been recently discharged and have been given meds and will be seen again after a month's time.

I'm hoping for things to turn around for me and has been very inspired by all of you who replied to my previous post. It's still a lot to take it, step by step I'm making a lifestyle change starting with my diet. If there's anything that you'd like to share with me on how also to improve my overall health, please do, I'm all ears!

Lastly, I know everything's not been easy for all of us esp at this time, covid and all and us being diagnosed with conditions we had no idea of. I hope that we become well, well enough to enjoy and live a long life with our families. I know I'm still trying to sink this one in myself but I'm getting there! Now, please, do take care of yourselves and let us enjoy our second chance in life!
