Have a chat with your pharmacist but start by washing affected and surrounding area with Hibiscrub followed by a good moisturiser (pharmacy will advise) and/or baby talc.

Tight clothing, including underwear, should also be avoided. If appropriate a kilt could be useful.

I think the best treatment would be to visit your GP. Failing that you could try Canesten cream.

Zinc oxide like commercially available Sudocrem

Ask your GP for some Daktacort cream.

I had this problem a while back after being to the gym and my GP gave me some timodine cream it helped very much . Also after showering use an hairdryer on the affected area.Good luck

First Off

I would have a word with the Dhobi Wallahs tell them to rinse your clothes better. Rinse your kecks in Salt Water it's a good way to get any remaining soap out !! No more Dhobi Rash, Problem Solved . Now about your Heart Rocking Grandpa on another thread has a very good one for sale mind you he was once a used Car Salesman !! So buyer beware !!!
