Ashwagandha. Interactions with heart meds?

Ashwagandha seems to be good at reducing stress, but I’m wondering what interactions there might be with Sotalol and Warfarin.

Does anyone have any experience pls?

I’d be interested in answer to this also. I’m on it but my cardiologist and specialist cardiologist has never commented…

Spoke to my Warfarin nurse. She said not to take it with Warfarin as it could increase the risk of bleeding.

Good call, never assume herbal remedies are ' harmless' as they can interact with prescription medications.
