Given all clear but still unsure of something pending

Hi so I was taken to hospital the other day with the following symptoms: Heavy uncomfortable feeling in the central upper chest, breathless , aching in the upper back more central than anything. I am a 53 year old lady generally in good health and I just don't feel "right". I still have the heavy uncomfortable feeling and back pain and breathless - ease off slightly on rest but stand up and walk a couple of paces breathless and heavy feeling intense. Nothing unbearable but just uncomfortable, I am also quite tired and have an aching coming and going across my shoulders. At hospital I had 2 x lots of bloods done - all clear, ECG clear, chest x ray clear so sent home with no diagnosis. So my question - has anyone undergone negative tests to then go on and find that a heart problem was brewing as it were and was missed on medical testing?

Hello there, my experience leads me to suggest you have been given the all clear based on the tests you have been given. If you don't feel right, I'd suggest you contact your GP, and explain the symptoms. It may be other tests are needed. As long as you don't feel right, there is a possibility further tests are needed.

I agree with first reply,go to GP and tell them your symptoms .You need to have an answer to why you feel unwell .Good luck
