Hi Megatron. Borderline LVSD by itself is nothing to be too worried about. Many of us on here have "over the border" LVSD. It might be treatable with medication, but because of his stroke, any treatment will need to be alongside that. Mention of a pacemaker doesn't mean he needs one, just that it's something they'll look into when they do more tests. Hope you gets some answers soon xx
