Hi Lesbro,
I'm not sure what PACs stands for, but from your description they sound like ectopic beats. Assuming its the same thing or similar in effect, (I could easily be wrong), there have been many postings on this topic and much good advice. I was only aware that I experienced them after having my 6th and 7th stent fitted in May 2020. For me they are worse at night and I only occassionally notice them in the day especially when I am stressed, as you say. I practice abdominal deep breathing, especially if at night which seems to help if only by giving my mind something else to focus on and to calm my thoughts. Do look at some of the other posts on ectopics as some people suffer much more than I do and have a variety of coping strategies. I hope you find something useful.
Dear Lesbro
Hello to you , so sorry that your anxiety levels seem to bring on your Premature Atrial Contractions .
I really don’t know what your post is asking because Anxiety can cause if not contribute to Premature Atrial Contractions .
I am not medically trained and presume that you have been diagnosed with this by your cardiac team.
I can only suggest that you get back in contact with them to investigate further, if your results are from a private clinic then you could raise it with them or at lest see your GP with the results in hand.
I hope that you find the answers you are looking for and I wish that I could have been more of a help to you.
Take care
