Sauna.

I had my heart surgery a year ago. Repairing a thoracic aneurysm and replacing a bicuspid valve. My son is leaving home today and I was considering what to do with his room. He suggested I install an infrared sauna and I love the idea. It would certainly help to ease the osteoarthritis pain I've started to get in my knee. But I'm not sure what sudden temperature changes would do to my blood flow and heart. Any ideas?

Is your son never going to come back and visit you and need that room?

I'm changing the locks tomorrow. Seriously, I have a spare bedroom for guests and, anyway, he's only moving a short Uber ride away.
