Help with anxiety after having heart attack 7 years ago and still suffer when ever I get pains, does anyone else have the same problem

Hi jansox,Im Only 3 months on from my HA attack, so mot as far on as you, but I think it changes you forever!! It affects everything you do really. If i get any pains/ sensations I'm my chest I immediately start worrying and overthinking!! My gtn spray goes everywhere with me!!! One in each room and one in my bag and in the car

Aww hope you doing ok , I’m ok other than anxiety it really gets me down at times just want to be normal but as you said it does change your life x
