I'm not really qualified to answer your question, so take this with a pinch of salt, but I don't think bundle branch blockages will show on an MRI.
An MRI is looking at physical things, after all the "I" in "MRI" stands for "Imaging". Bundle branch blocks however are about the electrical impulses that trigger heart beats. So not physical things that can be seen in an image. As far as I know you need an ECG to identify bundle branch blocks.
I have a left bundle block, I didn't know until about five years ago, from what the cardiac doctors tell me it's nothing to worry about, so I don't.It's picked up on an ECG as it's an "electronic" signal that's sent through your heart.
I don't believe it will show on an MRI as that is an image of your heart showing it's physical condition and workings
Hi Shell. Many of us on this forum have LBBB. By itself, it's generally nothing to worry about, but the docs will keep an eye on it in relation to other heart problems. xx
Hi shell031 I also have LBBB which was found on a ecg as an investigation for heart murmur. I recently had stress MRI because of LBBB to rule out any underlying causes for it . I was told 1% it’s normal for you and your ef would be on the lower end but it could be a cause of blockage in the LV . If you go on YouTube dr Sanjay Gupta gives a presentation on Lbbb which explains it really well 😊
