Hi hope everyone is keeping safe and well. My question is wot would u think if u got told ure cholesterol levels were above average on 80mgs of atorvaztatin? Don't quite understand wot that s supposed to mean 🙈any help appriciatted my overall. Level is 5.2 she said is that even good

I think it means it needs to be lower. If you give someone with high cholesterol a level to low to achieve, they give up. It is surprising how much a difference small diet changes can make. Depends on your individual health problems, what level they expect. I'm diabetic, so cardiologist expects around 3. Just one step at a time, don't stress as that will also impact your health.
