Bisoprolol
Hi....everyines experience is different..I was on Bisoprolol 2.5mg heart still going into SVT 165bpm. Tablets were reduced then was put in pill in pocket.....heart then starters going low 32bpm and irregular..eventually went into AF then ended up very unstable rthymn...now on Sotalol and everything is stable Sinus now 5 months but energy levels still very low but nowhere near as bad as when on Bisoprolol. Hope you get a drug that control things. Personally think a lot can be done lifestyle wise...I avoid heavy meals...drink lots water....take vitamins and absolutely no caffeine or alcohol...its worth it to avoid chaotic AF and fast VT or slow BC. Hope this helps be positive you will get a way of managing this. 👍😇🌈
I have been taking Bisoprolol 5mg for about 10 years for HBP and slow AF I’m 89 years old and found my resting heart rate was around 40 with feelings of light headedness at times…Cardiologist said about 3 years ago I should have Pacemaker …this has improved my heart rythymn and controls heart rate …which is set to 60 beats at rest….no lightheaded feelings and still on Bis.5 mg ….blood pressure stable. I know that Bisoprolol can lower HR, I'm on just 1.25 mg & frequently go down to 40HR - I don't worry as I know that the Dr knows what symptoms I get & she changed my dose accordingly. best advice I can give is talk to the medics - & good luck with it all
