14 months post HA, 4 stents and not having done this for 20 years.
I have constant aches, pains, niggles and wake up daily thinking “you’re the guy who had the heart attack at 42”.
This journey seems relentless, for me there are highs and lows. It’s important to remember there are both. Take care folks and don’t let your heart condition define you ❤️

Awesome mate, great to see you having a blast. Keep pushing, it keeps the aches & pains in check
Great comment about there will highs and lows, sometimes we can forget that. Feeling sorry for myself doesn't help the big picture. Seems every time I see a doctor they add more medication. But I'm still left feeling the same. I do have to get over my fear of doing more exercise. I do try hard but have times when I fall in a heap, been on this journey for 10yrs, but I suppose that is a plus, I'm still here. Thank you for your inspiring journey. Take care.
It’s so hard at times, I don’t think I’ll ever get passed being “chest pain guy” in A&E but sometimes the activity and enjoyment takes over, I enjoy myself and guess what… I’m not dead. 10 years on and still looking at the green side of the grass, enjoy being here and don’t let this condition rob you of your life. ❤️
