Please be careful when using the Braintree branch they don't can't seem to make thier minds up, first it's a collection slot between 0900 and 1200hrs, with a call 30 minutes before, then when they don't turn up and you call them they say it's a slot between 0800 and 1300hrs, then when they still don't turn up they say they called at 0730 and turned up at 0800hrs and no one was there. I spent the whole morning waiting for them, l will most likely take the furniture off to the tip, they don't seem to want it.

Sorry to hear you are having problems with what sounds like BHF collection. After being closed for most of the past year the shops are slowly getting up to speed. I thank you for your donation and would ask for your patience. One never knows when one, or family anf friends might be affected by a heart issue.
