To those of you with undiagnosed issues and those people who have been diagnosed with an issue, please stay positive. The key is looking at things and trying to do what you can do to help. Change diet, go for more walks, spend time with people you don’t see too much of, love and laugh more than you did. If this episode has taught me anything it’s to not sit and dwell on things, sort my lifestyle out and be happier because you really don’t know how short life is.
I can now enjoy the fact I have a little baby on the way without the worry of a dodgy ticker. Thanks to all those who helped me through this tough time. I wish you all the best and I’m still only a message away should you need some support.

Hi Stan. Well, I have to say that Post is one of the most Inspiring ones I have ever read on here, so that has cheered me up no end! I have no admit that yesterday I had rather a bad day with a terrible Headache and was feeling 'sorry for myself', not good is it? Today it has gone though, Thank God! I am SO very, very pleased for you especially with a Baby on the way. Absolutely brilliant!! 😀👍

Oh lovely Stan. Sorry that it is only now I'm getting back to you but I have been out nearly ALL day and then when I come Home my Son and Grandson came. You are SO lucky Stan, you really are. I would have loved a little Girl but it just didn't happen. I have two Sons. (Adult), who are really good mind, but a Daughter would have been nice as well. When that Baby is born put a Photo on here for us to see. I absolutely love kids. Look after yourself (and your lovely little Family). Yes, my Headache has completely gone now! Thank You. 😄
I’m praying it’s a little boy so I can have a little sidekick. Girls are the best though, my little angels, my partner doesn’t let them get away with stuff quite like me. I’m the one they come to when they want chocolate and their mum has said no. So soft when it comes to them😂 good I’m glad your headache is better!
Hi again Stan. I hope you get your little Boy but whatever you have, as long as they are OK and healthy, that's ALL that matters really. Don't you think? It was the other way round with me and my Husband though - He wasn't Soft, I was (too much sometimes lol). Nevermind!! Take Care Stan and don't forget to let us know 🙂

But they have checked you out and said you are ok and from my experience they pick up straight away when you are not so I would try and ignore it
Thank you for asking me how I am I am very much still struggling my anxiety just will not let go , I do not have one moment where I am not worrying or crying but it is nice to have somewhere to come and talk and even better when you see positive posts like yours today x
Look I’ll be honest, it never gets easier with anxiety over health, especially when there isn’t much you can do about it and you hope healthcare professionals are dealing with it. Trust me though these guys will save your life if anything bad is ever going to happen. Technology is so good now and it’s unbelievable what they can do now. Please anytime you feel sad just drop me a message, we will have a laugh and make sure you feel a bit better. X
Your words are so true! I feel I’m the ‘dweller’ at the moment and that I’m not living my life to the full. I too am waiting for tests then the results and I want to know ‘yesterday’. I said once before that the unknown can be a bit more worrying than the knowing at times and it’s so easy to get carried away with what ifs! Your message is taken onboard loud and clear and I’m going to try to look on the brighter side. 😊 👏
Great news - and congrats over forthcoming addition! How long did you have to wait for that welcome letter? Husband had cardiac stress perfusion MRI a couple of weeks ago and told results may take some time due to backlog .... Good advice you’ve given us! 😊👍
Hi, i had my MRI done on the 12th of April so you can imagine it took some time to come back. Also depends on urgency of need too. If they look into it and it’s something like cardiac arrest then it should be a bit quicker. I’m sending my love and prayers to your husband. You also seem like you have been through a lot. If you need someone to talk to you know I’m only a message away but stay strong, you will pull through this rough time

Thank you very much for your message. My wife is a hero just like most women who deal with problems like this. She had to put up with my miserable face and for 2 or so months until I saw the bigger picture. She made me see that! Also she’s given me the privilege of another baby so I’m even more greatful
