Sotalol / Xaralto causing numb leg

I have been taking Xaralto for 6 months and Sotalol for about four months .

Up to now I have had no side effects from either .

Three days ago I had started my walk and my right leg suddenly went numb, it is still the same three days later ;

Has anyone else experienced this ?

I don't know whether to go to the doctor or wait and see if it disappears as quickly as it came

Thank you for any similar experiences

Crumbs, I'd have come straight back home and called the doctor. Do you mean totally numb, that you can't walk on it, or just that feeling of numbness?

Feeling of numbness, don't scare me!

I think the chance of it being a side effect at this stage are about the same as winning the lottery. Try and speak to your GP tomorrow as it may be the sign of an underlying medical condition like PAD (Peripheral Arterial Disease), Fibromyalgia, nerve damage or something else. Hopefully it is transient.
