I have the spray as well after a recent ha and 2 stents, the simple rule is when you have pain is to rest, typically it passes as the heart relaxes, so far the pain does go away so I have not had to use the spray. Have you tried that, rest and give it time but not too long, 20 mins and if the pain is still there use the spray as instructed. Don't take risks or try and tough it out if need be call 111.
