Bisopropolol or something else

I was put on Bisopropolol 5 mg now reduced to 2.5 mgs and telesmartan for BP and Plavix for LB with Ejection fraction of 42 per cent so early stages of HF. I have been so light headed since I started these 3 and now after reading these posts I will bet it is the Bisopropolol.

Currently Bisoprolol has joined statins as a " bad boy" drug and is allegedly responsible for all sorts of side effects including absorbing calories from thin air. Your symptoms might also be caused by Telmisartan. Both these drugs reduce BP and I wonder if you are suffering from hypotension? Do you measure your own BP? If you suffered from raised BP prior to starting the medications normal BP can cause the symptoms of hypotension.
