Aortic Valve Replacement

I had my aortic valve replaced via minimal invasive surgery (sternum was not cut) 4 weeks ago. I had to go to A&E yesterday evening because of chest pain (similar to what I was getting before surgery) I was not feeling at all well, still am not, and couldn’t exercise yesterday or today. They did all the tests and spoke to the surgical team at the hospital where I had the op, it was decided the problem was muscular.

November last year I had a pulmonary embolism affecting both lungs and my d diner reading was 4048, which is very high. They did the d dimer test again yesterday and it was 2000 and told me it can be raised after surgery. I still have some fluid on one lung after surgery also.

I had been improving and now I feel unable to exercise. Has this happened to anyone else?
