Why some people have plagues in just on artery, mainly in ADA, is it related to hypertension? Or contraction artery? Or high cholesterol?
And is it possible to have a coronary artery decease in just one artery and none other ? Or once you have plagues stated l, you will have plagues in others artery ?

I’m not a medical expert but my understanding is plaque (Atherosclerosis) once identified can/will spread over time. The question is how quickly, for some it will be mild and for others like me, aggressive.
The cause can be more complicated, in my case I don’t have hypertension or high cholesterol, in fact quite the opposite. However what is clear to me is I have a familial history so whatever my lifestyle I was going to have a few challenges.
I have always found it best to speak with my cardiologist to fully understand MY situation. Always go prepared and ask lots of questions!
