I had a heart attack in 2019 and recently diagnosed with angina, I am a home shopping delivery driver and have regular attacks while out delivering, should I still be doing the job? I also suffer with anxiety which is increased doing the job .

Do you have GTN spray to use during an attack? Meanwhile check in with your GP and see if your meds need changing, updating as you might get more control from more appropriate meds Angina shouldn’t prevent you from working. Many of us continue to work well past retirement age with controlled angina.

Do check with your GP about meds. After I went on isosorbide mononitrate I hardly ever need to use it GTN spray, it did give me headaches to start with but that goes after a while. All the best.
