If you are still worried call 111 or 999. You don’t say why you are measuring your bp and hr. Better to get some proper medical advice- we are here to support rather than give direct medical advice. Take care.

Hi RamekinAnxiety.

Like other reply's i am also not a doctor, but been through enough to let

you know what you probably already know that i don't think you need

an appointment to the doctor for a physical check more likely mentaly to see

what it wrong, maybe you have already done this, but you are only you

shouldn't really be anxious,but i don't know what you're diy involves ,go

talk to you're doctor if you really think something is wrong, people say

that talking to someone doesn't make any difference but it really does

especially you're GP which is confidentual.in my case a lot changed

not only due to the chat i had with doctor, but at the time you will feel better after

you do!

Hope this helps.

You need help for your anxiety, your heart is fine as you have been told more than once by your doctors.Start walking, build up your stamina, eat well and live your life to the full instead of stressing about things that may never happen.

Hi werd. Your message seems too harsh, to me. You may be frustrated by a post, but a patient response is probably more helpful.

Have you read the 100+ posts from this Ramekin anxiety? And the numerous patient responses he has had?

Kristen look at many previous posts. This person post on many forums and all the same type. From Pakistan and makes all kind of claims regarding his situation. Be best if ignored as no matter what advise given returns regularly under different names

Thank you for letting me know, I have been aware of this members message history. My simple view is that if we choose to reply to any message, then it should always be done with respect.

You know there is nothing wrong with you, at least not physically. Under your various different profiles you have had advice more times than I care to count but you do not want to listen to any of it so why bother to post? You said you're waiting to hear about prison sentence for ambulance abuse so you certainly don't want to call 111 or 999 or whatever the emergency number is where you are.

Stop stressing and do some exercise to help your health anxiety. Get out and enjoy life!!! Pretty soon you might find that you get no response from anyone on this forum.

Prison Service for 'Ambulance Abuse'??? Disgusting. He/She, deserves it!!! Also, He/She might get more help there!!

Unbelievable - Sounds to me that he needs more Psychiatric Help then more than anything!!

I think you suffer from health anxiety, get help for that as in counselling or it will make your life a misery. Try not to go down the medication route. I've had HA for 40 years and it's horrible. Good Luck.
