Leaky heart Valve

I have a aortic leaky heart valve and I wake up every morning feeling rough , do all people with this experience this and also if I go on a long walk I ache all over

Welcome to the forum, I had a Aortic valve that was leaking, felt exhausted and very breathless. Walking up the stairs was awful. You don’t say what drugs you are on or if you are having the valve replaced. Have you had all the tests done?

Having a heart issue is mind numbing, and terrifying at the same time, but there are loads of members on the forum who can reassure you that life can get back to a new normal. Healthy diet, taking medication and exercise.

Thanks my is mild they say and just on Losartan and Atorvastaton , not too breathless yet just walking up hill .
