Diet club forum?

Hi folks,

I'm on a healthy diet, to lose weight to help my heart. Do the BHF run any support groups? Forums? I'm following slimming world, more for the support. I have a good knowledge orlf calories, macro and micro nutrients. I just need the psychological support you can get from like minded people. Preferably without having to pay for it. Is there such a thing? X x x

if you go up to MY HUB top left and type in 'weight loss 'in the search area I think you will find a few groups?
