Severe undiagnosed circulatory condition

Hi, this is my first post, i am from Greece and i would like to share my problem and if someone could help me. So briefly the story is as follows: Firstly i am a 28 years old male. My condition happened 1.5 years ago, after a hard working day in my home including lifting some big weights, cleaning the house etc... Well at some point i felt a pain in my heart that was constant and moderate and i stopped my work. This pain was coming and passing all the following days and after some weeks i went to see a doctor and i made a electrocardiogram, a Doppler echocardiography and he checked my blood pressure and all seemed to be fine as he told me. I made again these examinations on a second doctor and told me the same as the first. So now what are the symptoms that i detect which are obvious to me and yet the special sophisticated modern examinations can't catch the problem?

1) I have this pain in my heart almost every day. 2) I have hemorrhoids and they were always "strong" and big now weak and small meaning that these arteries or veins don't have the same "blood pressure" if i can say. 3) When i check my blood pressure with a digital Sphygmomanometer, during the automatic tightening of my arm, i feel in my arm approximately 5 big distinct pulses (i hope you can understand what i am saying), but before they were more pulses and stronger. 4) Every day after sleeping my lips are peeled and i remove the dead skin. 5) I noticed that i have indigestion and i feel the food in my stomach even after 10 hours, so i eat once a day after waking up and little quantity, as a result today i am 48 kg with 173 cm height. 6) I observed that my sperm is not thick and white but more like water and transparent meaning that my organs don't get enough blood to make regular sperm quantities nor digestive fluids quantities (Digestive fluids quantities refers to 5)). 7) I had every day including during sleep, unintentional erections, as it is the normal, now i have zero unintentional erections and difficult intentional erections.

This problem occured suddenly so i think of different causes: maybe an internal hernia that blocked an artery? an inflammation? a damage in heart or an artery? i don't know.

So now i am in a condition 1) i eat little because of indigestion,2) i have poor circulation as the symptoms indicate, 3) i do not sleep more than 5 hours because i observed indigestion prevent me from good sleep somehow. So my energy is zero and i can't do anything anymore. All these for 1.5 years now, i can't stand anymore, it is the worst thing imaginable and never ending. Please what can i do if doctors say that i am fine and i present them all these clear indicators and doesn't listen to me?

Thank you for your time and please tell me some thoughts

Hi Dacks. First can I ask are you searching all your symptoms from Dr Google? Second your pain could be from bad indigestion. But I seriously advice you ask your GP for a blood test, full count blood test, most of the times a blood tests can and does tell your of your health condition deep within.

Thank you for replying, i wrote so much that i forgot. I made blood tests which were ok, i know it is outrageous that all microscopic tests are fine yet the macroscopic ones are what i describe in my post. These symptoms that i am refering to are only what i have noticed myself, and these are obvious: i have all the symptoms that have common source: my body/organs don't get enough blood to function properly and produce the properly amounts of biological fluids, i am producing less, lets say i produce 30%. This is not normal and i can't live with the 30% of my energy. Even 80 years old humans have a reduction on their "energy" on lets say 70%. The tests are just indicators are not the ultimate, definitive proofs. I am not going to Dr Google as you're saying and imagine things by my own. Secondly i have the pain in the area of my heart not in my stomach nor in my guts, it is a pain which i had never experienced before and if it was from indigestion then it should be in my stomach or guts and feeling the "hot" pain from the acid of the stomach which i very well know because occasionaly i have experienced in the past. So this is not the case. I have many cases of me and my relatives where doctors make serious mistakes very often, this is the truth. I know myself, i wasn't like this, i feel it, i have my proofs. As you're seeing my post is very careful, without "indefinite feelings" but many obvious proofs to guide easily the doctor to the finding.

Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) Try this link It will explain it better than I can mayoclinic.org/diseases-con...

Refer to my answer on Page12, i never have "burning acidic pain" (heartburn) nor the acid in my esophagus or in my mouth, i know GERD because some times i have experienced, as i believe every human in normal conditions, this is totally different and doesn't explain the rest of my symptoms

I dont either I have all the symptoms you have. I do not have the acid or the burning. The later I eat in the day the more chest pain I get at night. I have also had 2 heart attacks, GERD has all the Symptoms of them. You may not but It would be worth talking to doctor to have a few tests. If the doctor has ruled out heart and you are sure it is heart related then see another DR and ask for a myocardial perfusion scan. That will tell you. I saw Dr just before christmas and was told I had Trapped nerve. Managed after a while to get this scan, Turned out my First stent I had 10yrs ago failed. So All I will advice you is keep going back, You seem to know your own body well. Good luck

Thank you, you don't imagine how much work i've done to observe and combine these symptoms 1)-7) which are only a few sentences but extremely important, and i noticed them gradually after many months, not right after. Or it was difficult to combine 2 different things like indigestion and sleep. When i eat less and easier food for digestion, i sleep better, when not then i don't sleep well and always after 14 hours!!, after eating, to aid better sleep. In fact i was forced after what happened to me to know more about how the body works, and it is what most people do after the bad thing happened to them. Only after, someone can understand the importance of health, what does body and so on. Also i have 8) high frequency sound in my ears (tinnitus), one cause is also bad circulation. All lead to severe reduced blood circulation in my organs/body.

The thing is a lot of illnesses have the same Symptoms. I find sleeping more up right helps with my Gerd. I do not eat heavy after 4pm. If i get hungry I will eat a banana, Egg some thing extremely light. I also take a herbal medication of melatonin to help with my sleep. I am on a lot of med's Asprin being 1 which has messed my stomach up Try taking a small amount of Gaviscon advance aniseed flavour. Like I said earlier keep pushing with Dr. Are you in UK. if you are just tell them to refer you to Heart special As your Dr is a general and does not always Know all Symptoms.. Keep fighting them that's the only way

Believe it or not i am from Greece and i'm seeking some help/directions on an international forum or a trustworthy country forum like Britain. Of course i made all the examinations on a heart special doctor: blood pressure, blood tests, electrocardiogram and a Doppler echocardiography but as i have read in books all tests are indicators with limited vision, false positives and so on. For this reason there so many different tests for different problems and different filters that hopefully will catch the problem. But in my occasion can't catch it for a reason i don't know. Maybe because i am anxious before tests and i have tachycardia/stronger pulses and it seems my heart has deceptively regular pulses (in terms of amplitude that is how strong are the pulses not how many) because of the anxiety and it is false positive, like the well known example of false positive when your blood pressure is higher in front of doctor than if you were alone. As i have concluded my pulses are not strong enough to push the blood throughout the tiny blood vessels possibly because of heart or artery or something else.

I dont want to scare you, My 1st heart attack I was in the Dr surgery. my BP everything was fine, They sent me to hospital for a chest Xray. I was sent home after that , it was about a month later I had my second heart attack, Called Emergency ambulance as I was sick acid and thought I had an Ulcer burst. The only way they can check is from a blood test after. You have to try and get referred. I know its difficult at the moment ( COVID) but next time you have the pain in your chest go to hospital, Not Dr. Even if it's not your heart they can refer you.

Hi Dackes,

The part where you have mentioned that you feel like your stomach is full for a long time reminded me of a friend that had an issue with their vagus nerve which was causing gastroparesis.

Have you tried to see a Doctor that deals with digestion and stomach issues?
