Ramipril and bisoprolol are recognized beneficial drugs for heart failure. Your cardiologist will up titrate their doses to the maximum doses. ICD and a pacemaker are also widely used nowadays and they have a specific function which is different from the above medications. Your cardiologist is the best person to advice on your specific requirements. Thank you. Regards.
