I’m at a loss at the moment, I was told I was suffering with eptopic heat beats and given beta blockers which don’t seem to do anything. Last month I underwent a artery check where then put a dye in via the artery. I felt excruciating pain during this and was then told by another cardiologist I was experiencing spasms. My cardiologist says it’s eptopic. I have over the last two days experienced severe central chest pain on doing very little, standing up etc this is lasting a few minutes but not going, I am left feeling aching in my back, shoulders and chest I just don’t know what I have any help is appreciated here.

Hello Bowe,

I suggest you ask your GP to refer you back to see the Cardiologist who thought you were having Coronary vasospasms.

In the meantime if you are having alot of chest pain especially if it is at rest you should call 111 for advice.
