Just a note that having a heart attack and having a stent fitted does not need to be disabling or stop you doing things. I had a heart attack on September the 13th and 3 day's later a stent was fitted. In October I travelled to Spain where I walk and use an E bike to zap around the hills and mountains. I am 73 but don't smoke and don't drink.
I still have fairly high blood pressure 138/69 and am taking the normal range of drugs, 5 in all. Keep safe, keep well.

Hi your post very encouraging but did u have any heart damage or low ef they say numbers r not as important as you feel looks lovely where u live keep safe
Similar situations here, passionate mountain biker who three weeks ago had HA while out on an MTB route in the mountains of the Murcia coast. Back on the bike but only on the level for a bit as I adjust to the new stent and meds.
Excellent news indeed. It is beneficial to keep fit after a HA, both physically and mentally, all within our individual capabilities of course.
I'm a few years younger than you, but I got back into walking hills up in Scotland as soon as I could after my HA. It was great to be climbing 800+ metre heights once again after three months and I found that I was performing much better than before I had my HA. The following year I elected to have a triple bypass and that made it even better. As soon as I could carry a backpack I was heading north once again. 😀
Keeping up an adequate level of fitness is a challenge at the moment, particularly with the very cold weather, but I am hoping that once the situation eases I will be able to get back to doing what I love. Something to look forward to.
All the best for the future. Keep well
Gerald
Yes there is a balance to be struck. You can fall into the trap of believing your life is going to change more than it really has to. The key thing is ‘be sensible and listen to what your body is telling you’.
