Surprised no-one has responded, I'll give it a go although it's been several hours since you posted.

'Normal' heart rate is anything from 55-100, normal ox-sats is 96-100. So you're well within the 'normal range' for that.

But feeling dizzy, shaky and a bit sick is never a good sign so it would probably be best, if you're still feeling unwell, to contact your medic.

I read (and replied) to your question about missing a dose of Bisoprolol - I have missed a dose, felt fine but made sure to get a pill box to avoid that happening again.

Also, before I got the pill box, I accidentally took an extra dose - and felt dizzy, shaky, and a bit sick for several hours. I got the pill box and under/overdose has never happened again.

Could be low blood pressure. Have you got a monitor? Some medication can lower BP a bit too much.

The heart nurse increased one of my meds last week and when she rang today, the first thing she asked was if I felt dizzy if I stood up quickly. Apparently it's a common side-effect. She always checks my bp sitting and then standing.
