Hi yesterday I had my second planned stent fitted and discharged 4 hrs later. During the night I had pain in my chest and high BP. Ambulance attended & heart seem fine.

Morning, it does take a while for your heart to settle down after being poked and prodded about. Also, a stent can take a while ( about 4-6 weeks) to bed in. But definitely get it checked out if you feel it’s more than settling in pain.
Thank you Boo_boo1. Thank you for coming back on this. I had my first stent in August with no pain after so this was very different. Iv spoken to gp who doesn’t seem concerned and has suggested I take paracetamol daily and BP daily.
