Nausea and chest pain

For a few months I have been waking up in the night feeling nauseous. I have LVH and meds not changed lately.

Although I'm a migraine sufferer I have no other migraine symptoms. I do however have discomfort in my chest.

Anyone else suffer from this and know what it may be?
