So i’m trying to explore a few avenues hence a new post.

December I moved into a new shared place. The rooms at the front on the ground floor and its on a busy road, i also work shifts which doesn’t help but I’ve noticed I’m tachy more and having palpitations. I’m may fall asleep but not really feeling rested, has anyone else experienced the same?

I don’t want to take any sleep tablets right now as im on bisoprolol for it and I’m awaiting a monitor. I’m sort of trying to rule out my own stuff and so far i’m trying to rule out POTS too.

Have you tried removing trigger factors like coffee, chocolate, alcohol and spicy food? Stress is harder to eliminate!

Yes I’ve been trying those and ear plugs, it can go from being quiet to noise in seconds and back again.

"Dr Sanjay Gupta " and "Yorkcardiology"- check out these two Facebook pages. Dr Gupta has a special interest in POTS. Also his YouTube videos on POTS.
