Hello Shannon97

I am sorry to read your post, being so anxious is so debilitating, you don’t say what the outcome of your hospital stay was and if you’re on any medication. Have you had any heart testing done ECG echocardiogram Angiogram. Is it you have heart disease or your frightened of getting it. I understand you having asthma both my son and granddaughter have it, and that is hard.

I send you my best wishes Pauline

You say your scared of your heart, is it you think you will have a heart attack or that you have heart disease? Your letter is this setting out treatment or maybe getting some tests done. Let’s hope there is information in it letting you know how things will be going forward. Have the tablets helped to get your HR down?Being scared all the time isn’t helping your heart health, so I can really sympathise with you.

Hope you get some answers soon.

Pauline xx

Hang in there. We all went through the fear that our hearts are going to stop when these symptoms first started. Now over the years it has become irritating and inconvenient instead of causing us fear.

Shannon sorry to hear that! Don't be anxious and afraid what could happen you are already braving the worse and you and your body is toughing everything out. Have faith and confidence nothing will happen. May God be with you.
