How do I know if I`m I`m getting healthier.

Evening all, After my last stay in hospital where I was diagnosed with unstable angina, this was after having two heart attacks and three stents fitted I`m wondering how I can tell if my heart/health is improving, I still feel c**p, chest pains, and generally under the weather, not sleeping or eating properly, this has been going on since August, is this the norm of recovery or is it just me?, thanks for reading.

Good morning wbiC, thanks for your reply to my question, getting my own heart monitor is a good idea and I will follow up on this as soon as we are allowed out again, good luck and good health to you.
