Statins

Can I replace Statins with diet. Cholesterol is good as is BP and heart beat 68 resting.

Good question. I have had to as I can’t tolerate statins but I sought GP advice first and tried different ones. Statins are not only used to lower cholesterol so you need to make sure why it was prescribed. There’s nothing wrong with changing to a healthy diet in addition to statins though.
