Sudden change in heart rate and BP

I have moderate Mitral regurgitation and on a watch and wait programme with annual Echocardiogram to monitor progress. Around two weeks ago my heart rate increased quite dramatically. It has been low all my previous life at around 60 bpm but suddenly it is over 100 around 115. My Systolic blood pressure has also dropped quite dramatically too although my medication hasn’t been changed recently. I have read that this could be due to a neurological condition and as I have also noticed some tinnitus and a cramping in my right lower right leg causing my foot to turn inward and upward these together it would appear could be symptoms of Parkinson’s disease. Due to the COVID problems it is difficult to see my GP and I’m wondering whether I ought to insist on a surgery appointment as opposed to a telephone consultation. Has anyone else had similar symptoms please?

HiI would suggest you talk to GP as it sounds like you might need a medication review if you have been on the same medication for a while and then get changes to your symptoms.

Do call for an ambulance if you get chest pain and a fast heart rate.
