Verapamil - when do you take yours?

I'm on 3x80mg of Verapamil daily. I usually take two when I get up at 6.30, then one more about 5pm. I'm finding running a lot harder at the moment, so I'm thinking of moving to taking all three first thing in the morning.

Are other people taking them all at once, or spread during the day, or something different ?

I would check with your doctor. It depends whether they are slow or fast release on how to take them
