Hi everyone hope all as well as can be I had my major op in feb 2020 I’m jogging not very fast at all cycling walking as well my question is I get really out of breath jogging and joint badly ache 1 -2 days after anyone else similar?

Hi, have you been to Cardiac Rehab classes? What you describe is not unusual given the normal slew of drugs they'll have you on. Joint aches can be caused by statins. Worth having a word with your GP.

How much of an aortic repair did you get?

I had HA in April this year .

Not long ago finished the couch to 5k but only ever jogged slowly . Havn’t jogged for a while now as my heels hurt had good running shoes too so ? why that is . My joints ache too I’m

on high dose of statins .

Think when the gyms open again 🤞will

Start weights , swimming etc instead of jogging . Really need to get motivated again with the exercise.

Just do what ypur body tells you, but stop just *before* you get tired, to avoid the overtraining/setback/rest cycle
