Inderal withrawal-Iswissel UFTI/Boost Sleep and ULTI Boost Relax Sleep

I am on Inderal 10mg because of tachycardia and hyperthyroidism , manage to cut gradually to 5 mg but failed at dropping 5 mg abruptly. I can't sleep all..So I tried to cut it to 3.5 mg , though not so accurately. Actually, I sleep worst at 10 mg but gradually, sleep better at 7mg and 5mg , 3.5mg though the tapering isn't so accurate

It sounds that at lower dose, I rely on Inderal to fall as sleep but can stay asleep for for 4.5-6 hours while at lower dose. As my heart rate resume back to normal at that low dose and my thyroid level resume back to normal, the GP suggest me to take

Iswissel UFTL/Boost Sleep and stop inderal

Did anyone take other medication to keep them relax and calm while stopping inderal?
