CovID Testing

I am now well into double figures with CovID tests following a contained outbreak. Until now it has been an (uncomfortable) throat and nose swab but I am worried about the latest change! No wonder they left it till lockdown!

Three more days solitary to serve! I now have a bad back which I think was aggregated by lack of exercise. The problem is the hospital do not include PRN drugs when you move so getting effective pain killers has become a saga especially as it's a CD (controlled drug).

Oh heck, they make you jump through hoops to get the medication you know you need and it works. Hopefully when your isolation is over you can get some decent exercise in and get going again, and as you say it will help your back. As I have said before you really are a force of nature.
