Virtual lift Friday anyone

Just joking, thought we could have a ‘heart to heart’ on the way to my scan 🤭🤭

Fingers crossed they don’t stop doing them because of the pandemic for a bit.

I walked a bit further earlier, put an upbeat track on my earphones, bit of Jason Derulo or dead south, in hell I’ll be in good company !!!! 😂😂 fits me perfectly.

Think I’ve reached my limit for a week or so now for a walk each day.

Pretty pleased with how far I’ve got bit by bit 😃

Even thought of doing the ‘dead south’ dance as I go along with the finger clicking if anyone knows who I’m talking about 😂😂😂

Sorry no idea! How about "Riders on the Storm" by the Doors or "Paint it Black" by the "Rolling Stones"!

Not bad but I need a good beat, there’s one called ‘on the road to hell’ apt if you’ve started to feel unwell.

Meatloaf???

"The Road to Hell" was originally recorded by Chris Rea. His is still the best version. Another good song is "Eve of Destruction" by Barry McGuire. Barry updated it nearly 50 years after the original. This is also worth hunting out but it is pre-CovID.

I also like really upbeat modern chart tracks, anything happy to walk to, or horrifically croak away to, not sure the village knows what’s hit them, sure I’ve started off dogs barking but cannot hear above the racket I’m creating 😂😂😂

How are you getting on, are you still in pain ?

The pain is mainly phantom pain which is quite bizarre. Today I was in the gym when I got cramp in the calf I no longer have but it brought me to a halt! I have quite a short stump so I can bend my knee whilst propped up in bed (my current position) - it feels like my leg has gone through the mattress! 🤔

That sounds positive FB.

How was yesterday's MRI ?

Hope it went ok.

I have a vision of you now that's stuck in my head ....you striding out pink wellies and all the local dogs following because you have a happy beat going on and they want to see what the fuss is all about.

Pied Piper style 🤣🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂

Yesterday was absolutely fine, no problems at all I quite enjoyed the rest 🤭🤭 Friday will be different though. 🥺

Yep that’s me, pied piper of the village, got some groove going on, head locking, shoulder popping, may even conjure up those cows that were in my garden to join in with the dogs.

Pink wellies gleaming matching my cheeks (facial) !!!!! Keep an eye on the national news for long tailbacks on most routes due to a crazy woman on the loose, oblivious to the world with music still booming. 🥳🥳🥳

Hope the new baby giraffe from Africa Alive can keep up 😊

Oh that little giraffe can have a little pram to go in 😂😂 actually I’m going to swap my ear pods for a recorder and if you’re lucky you can have the triangle 😂😂😂

Oh pleeeeaaaasssse, I would love the triangle. I will feel like a five year old again 👏🌺 as long as it's not the " warning " triangle 😂

Fluffybee in reply toellj

Oh go on then have the triangle 🙄 not tempted by the tambourine?

I’ve got a stack load of warning triangles when things are brought to an abrupt holt to adjust things !!!!!!
