Microvascular angina and Heart Attack

Hi again everyone.

I’ve received some great advice from fellow Hearties who have either been diagnosed or suspect that they have MVA or Vasospastic angina.

I’m interested to know whether anyone has these conditions but have also previously had a Heart attack and stents, due to plaque rupture or complete stenosis?

I ask since I had a HA and 2 stents in my RCA. Follow up angiogram showed no other stenosis or ischemia.

I’m having ongoing chest aches and MVA, VA or drug interactions has been suggested by my Cardiologist. So can a HA cause subsequent MVA at VA? Just seems too co incidental to have both conditions? I’m not seeing my Cardiologist for another 2 months so any advice would be welcome

Thanks
