Have you spoken to your Cardiologist or pacing clinic about the pain as this doesn't sound normal at all.
I also had my pacemaker fitted in February, took 6-8 weeks to get over it but now I would say apart from a slight twinge if I overstretch my arm or shoulder I really don't know it's there.
I would get onto your pacing clinic and ask for a review.
Hi I had ICD fitted first week February the first few weeks was a bit sore but after that it’s fine. Doesn’t hurt mostly but you know it’s there and sometimes at the end of the day if I’ve really done too much my shoulder gets sore the other day I was laying some paving stones about 10 of them that night my shoulder was sore.
Hi when I got my icd fitted I ended up with a frozen shoulder, it was agony for months, I got physio and an injection for it and it cleared up fine, it was only my left shoulder, its mabe worth getting that checked out, your gp might be able to help, char
