They are talking about me lol...

"intense exercise may paradoxically act as a trigger for life-threatening ventricular arrhythmias (VAs) in the presence of underlying CVD. Indeed, sudden cardiac death (SCD) is the leading cause of sports and exercise-related mortality in athletes"

I have not read the full article yet but I wonder if they discuss hypertrophy from atrial pressure (as i did) as this is very common in athletes with undiagnosed CVD... will keep reading, thanks.

I like the comment about exercise being good for you, until you get to the point where increased exercise becomes bad for you. Very detailed report which will take some digesting!

My blood pressure varies enormously during the day, but nearly always in the normal zone of 120/80 to 90/60 is this anything to worry about?
