Good evening

So this week has been an eventful week, ive spoken with the diabetic Dietician, had a telephone consultation with the cardio rehab nurse and the doctor has helped me as well

The cardio rehab nurse has said that some exercise is better than none so try to do some each day, so i bought some dumnbells which arrived today and i started to use them for a little while earlier on, which has helped me feel better aboutr myself.

The dietician has given me advice which it seems I was aready following to some degree, so Ive avoided sugar which has helped with the type 2 diabetes, the fact is that the only thing that was pressing was the blood results which showed high tryglecerides indicating a elevated fat liver content, and that was the major concern.

My panic has subsided and its all too clear that although its a difficult situation its not all bad, ive got too work on getting more active so small steps for the time being and hopefully my heart will start to feel better as well.

Thank you for your comments and helpful advice.
