Welcome we are a peer to peer forum and are not medically trained, and part of our rules we are not allowed to give any medical opinions. Can you get your GP to give you their opinion on the read out or your Cardiologist?

you might be better off getting the information you would like if you joined the American Heart Association. There is a forum very similar to this one on its site. As this print out is over a month old you should have had some follow up from your health provider already. It's highly unlikely you would have had a 12 lead without being given a summary of results afterwards and suggestions for followup.... American doctors usually cover their backs very thoroughly....
Confused - did you mean to reply to me? Advising an American to join the American forum to find out more about a 12 lead ECG and perhaps gain more relevant information for the state she lives in..... not sure how diet relates to reading a printout.....
